Healthy Recipes - Chicken Spaghetti Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 fryer or 4 chicken breasts, cooked, deboned, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Rotel
  • 1/2 lb Velveeta cheese
  • 1 lb. package of thin spaghetti

Directions

  1. Saute onions and peppers together until they are transparent.
  2. Mix and heat together soups, Rotel and Velveeta until cheese has melted.
  3. Combine cooked spagetti, soup mixture, onion, peppers and chicken together and put in casserole dish.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 – 45 minutes.
