Light Garlic Mayonnaise Recipe

Ingredients :

  • 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed and finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon tarragon vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil or 1 1/2 teaspoons dried leaf basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried leaf tarragon
  • salt and pepper, to taste

How to cook :

  • Combine all ingredients; mix to blend well.
  • Refrigerate until serving time.
  • Makes about 1/2 cup, or enough for 4 to 6 people
