Light Garlic Mayonnaise Recipe
Ingredients :
- 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed and finely minced
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon tarragon vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil or 1 1/2 teaspoons dried leaf basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried leaf tarragon
- salt and pepper, to taste
How to cook :
- Combine all ingredients; mix to blend well.
- Refrigerate until serving time.
- Makes about 1/2 cup, or enough for 4 to 6 people
